IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

Abstracts are due by Friday, July 24th, 2009.

A limited number of presenters and alternates will be accepted for the conference. If a presenter cancels, an alternate will be contacted to take his or her place.

Selected presenters and alternates will be notified by Planview the week of July 27th. At that time, presenters must sign an agreement with Planview to represent and warrant that he/she/they (a) are the sole author(s) of the Presentation, (b) now own all rights in it granted hereunder, free of liens or encumbrances, and (c) have full power to execute this Agreement. Presenters also agree to obtain any permission or clearance required for the subject matter of the presentation from their employer or any other organization or individual prior to submitting the presentation. Accepted presenters give Planview, Inc. permission to publish their abstracts, slides, and recorded presentations without any obligation.

All presenters will receive a Presenter's Guide that includes detailed instructions on preparing and recording their final PowerPoint presentations. Presentations should consist of 10 to 15 slides, depending on content.

Accepted presenters must register for the conference. Primary presenters will be provided the waived registration fee. Please note that co-presenters are not eligible for the registration discount.

Planview reserves the right to edit abstracts and presentations for grammar, accuracy, length, and other editorial concerns, prior to publication in all conference-related materials.
